IMPORTANT PROCEDURE FOR STAGE PHOTOGRAPH

1. Graduands will receive Stage Photo Reference Slip after receiving scrolls on stage.

2. Keep the Reference Slip and leave the address form on your chair.

3. To receive your graduation photo, you must select a package, complete the form, and make the required payment.

4. Please note: No graduation photo will be processed or delivered without payment.

IMPORTANT PROCEDURE FOR STUDIO PHOTOGRAPH

1. Select your preferred photo package.

2. Complete the customer information form.

3. Make full payment before your studio photography session.

4. Proceed to the studio for your photography session.

5. Keep your copy of the payment receipt for future reference and photo collection.

Please Note:

• No studio photography session will be conducted without full payment.

  Studio photography booth is located at Main Building SUC.

• The final date for studio photography is 4 July 2026.

Refund Policy

1. Any request for a refund, including those due to a change of mind or an incorrect package purchase, must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of the transaction. Any request received after this period will not be processed or entertained.
2. Any approved refund will be subject to a 5% administrative fee based on the total amount paid for the package. The administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days from the date the refund request is approved.
4. The Company's decision regarding the approval or rejection of any refund request shall be final.t.
